Seven councillors did not return from lunch for the vote.
I'm sure this was approved by the Mayor.
We're waiting for the polling results to see who they were, but commie councillor from Cabbagetown/Regent Park Pam McConnell was one of them.
We will report on this when info is available.
Unless Miller hides it.
