"Rights" More Important Than Public Safety - Update

At the moment the victors (including these supporters and intervenors such as) of the Supreme Court decision relative to Security Certificates are hooting enthusiastically on Newsworld. Since they are victors, this presumes there are losers. And said losers are those of us who are concerned about those committed to the destruction of our society and are using OUR laws to do so. The Supreme Court of Canada has struck down the security certificate system used by the federal government to detain and deport foreign-born terrorist suspects. Who will rid us of these pestilent priests and protectors of the enemies of our society?
