Toronto Councillor Shows More Stupidity on Stupidity Day

It seems that today is media stupidity day. Were they ALL out partying til dawn or take stupid pills or forget to take their medication? It's not only in their own errors, it's their failure to recognize and criticize the stupidity of others.

Pam McConnell is the south east side downtown Councillor for Toronto - very likely the centre of cockroach population in the city. She is left of left of left, but mostly, just one more self-promoting stupid councillor. Check this out:

After meeting with residents and Councillor Pam McConnell (Ward 28, Toronto Centre-Rosedale), city officials are ready to try out a new arrangement in the ward.
Residents can elect to get one bin only and use it for recycling one week and garbage the next.
Those choosing that option must make sure they don't jumble garbage and recycling together, said Geoff Rathbone, general manager of solid waste.

Okay - now understand, Pam, that residents don't only have to DISPOSE of garbage and recycling - they also have to STORE it until the city's pathetic garbage collectors come to pick it up.

Where should residents keep their stinking garbage for the week that they are using their bins for recycling? Huh?
